EXCLUSIVE: Neelu Vaghela aka Bhabho was ‘Skeptical’ about the NEW cast of ‘Tu Sooraj..’

The ‘Diya Aur Baati Hum’ sequel has Neelu Waghela, Ashok Lokhande and Kanika Maheshwari reprising their roles..

One of the most awaited shows this year is the sequel to the iconic show, ‘Diya Aur Baati Hum’, which is titled ‘Tu Sooraj Main Saanjh Piyaji’.

The show created a buzz right after its announcement and roped in new faces in the project along with the old cast. And we must say, this amalgamation looks promising!

In a vis-a-vis conversation with actress Neelu Waghela aka Bhabho who is now the ‘face’ of the show, we asked her how was it to work with a new cast after working with the lead actors of ‘Diya Aur Baati Hum’ – Anas Rashid and Deepika Singh, for over five years.

The actress got candid and said, “To be honest, I had a doubt whether the positivity and acceptance of the original cast would be there or not with the new cast coming in for the sequel. It is natural. One cannot instantly accept a change after being used to a pattern for several years. I would be lying if I say that I accepted the change immediately.

When the news about the sequel of ‘Diya Aur Baati Hum’ came to us, I was extremely happy as this show is my soul. My introduction to television has been through his show and it has given me everything. And with the original cast not being included in the sequel, I did have my doubts. However, once the new cast was aboard and I started working with them, I was relieved. I love them and I am looking forward to the audience’s reaction after watching the show.” She added.

We are sure the fans cannot wait to see if the new cast will be able to revive the magic of ‘Diya Aur Baati Hum’ once again!
