Pallavi’s daughter Shanaya makes Sharda suffered a loss of 15 lakhs Rs, Suresh regrets his mistake in Sony’s Ek Nayi Pehchaan.

In Ek Nayi Pehchaan, Everyone is shocked to see Suresh coming to attend the factory puja. Sharda gets happy to see him. Panditji asks Suresh to sit for puja. Shanaya is upset to see Suresh sitting with Sharda for the puja. After the puja gets done. Sharda thanks Suresh for coming. Suresh wishes her best of luck and leaves. Dadi tells that she is proud of Sharda. Sharda tells that there is no age limits to fulfill the dreams and gives credit to Sakshi for making her realize her worth. Sharda names the factory as ‘family’. Everyone applaud for her. Sakshi and Sharda hug each other.

Shanaya meets the bank officer who have given loan to Sharda. Shanaya asks him What if they are unable to return your loan amount in the future being small enterprise. He says it is a thing to worry when your own staff member is worried about loan repayment. Sakshi looks at Shanaya in shock. Shanaya covers up her act and thanks the officer. Sakshi asks Shanaya to mind her own business.

Bank officer tells Sharda that loan has been sanctioned and asks Sharda to pay the loan repayment on time. Sharda thanks him. Sharda gets worried, Sakshi asks her to trust herself. Shanaya tells her mom about Suresh doing the puja with Sharda. Suresh comes back home. Pallavi taunts him. Suresh tells that he went there for his mom’s sake. Pallavi insults him and accuses him of humiliating her. Sharda asks Karan and Sakshi to have lunch outside as the gas is finished. They have a good and romantic lunch in the chat shop.

Shanaya tears the saree in the middle. Sharda gets worried. Sakshi thinks to fire her, but Sharda supports Shanaya and tells Sakshi that she will learn from her mistakes. Sharda asks one of the worker to get her child admitted in school and offers help. Sakshi tells Karan that they have to work double shift to earn some profit. Pallavi tells Suresh that she wants to start a new venture under Pallavi Industries with a specialisation in Patola Sarees. She says, Meeta will be their first client. Latika tells that Meeta has given a contract to her mom. Pallavi tells that Sharda has not signed any papers and Meeta will change her mind. Latika thinks to do something as Pallavi is trying to snatch her mom’s business.

Latika informs Sharda about Pallavi’s doings. Sharda gets shocked and wonders about the bank loan repayment and workers. Sakshi is shocked too. She tells Sharda that Pallavi can snatch her everything, but not talent. She decides to call Meeta. Pallavi and Sharda come to meet Meeta. Pallavi taunts her for calling Suresh for the puja. She tells that she will get the contract. She insults Sharda with her words. Meeta calls Pallavi and Sharda inside. Meeta tells Sharda that she has no doubts in her talents, but was worried about its delivery.

She tells her that Pallavi is interested in the contract and she has a big company. Sharda questions Pallavi about the patola sarees. Pallavi remains clueless. Meeta gets impressed by Sharda. Pallavi fills Meeta’s ears against Sharda. Meeta takes time to take the decision.

Sakshi gets worried thinking about Meeta’s decision. She tells Sharda that they have to win Meeta’s trust. Shanaya overhears them and asks loudly about Meeta’s order to worry the other workers. Sakshi tells her that everything is fine. She warns Shanaya to be in her limits else she will throw her out. Sakshi asks everyone to focus on work. Shanaya smirks. Pallavi thinks Sharda wanted to take Meeta in her sweet talks, but Meeta is smart. She is sure that Meeta will give the contract to her only.

Sharda comes back and is still worried. Sharda gets a call from Meeta. She confirms to give the order to her. Sharda gets happy and shares the good news with her workers. Shanaya gets upset. Shanaya comes home and doesn’t tell Pallavi about joining Sharda’s factory. Latika taunts Pallavi about the contract. She says, Meeta knows that my mom is better than you. Latika laughs on her for losing to a simple house wife. Pallavi gets angry and thinks to make all of them cry one day.

Sharda gets a lot many girls admitted in the school. Their parents thank her. Sharda tells about the govt policies etc. Sharda reminds principal of his duty. He accepts his mistake. Pallavi tells Suresh that Meeta trusted an illiterate woman. She will surely regret it. Suresh asks her not to bother. Pallavi says, I have to take this contract from Meeta anyhow as it is about my self respect now. Sakshi goes home after a day’s hard work. Suresh comes to Sharda’s factory and appreciates her designs. Sharda is happy to see him.

She asks him to have tea. He agrees. He tastes the tea and says it is perfect. They reminiscence the old days. Shanaya comes there and is shocked to see them. Sharda praises Suresh saying he was hard working and she learnt from him. Sakshi tells Karan about getting an order. He promises to get a gift for her. Shanaya comes home and tells Pallavi that she has been working with Sharda. She didn’t tell her anything about her. She tells about keeping an eye on her enemy. Suresh comes and says didn’t expect it from Pallavi. Pallavi tells she doesn’t know anything. He asks Shanaya, do you want to destroy Sharda by being an insider thief in her factory. Shanaya tells him that he has no right to ask her anything. You have lost that right. She tells that he is still spending time with that other woman who has ruined her mom’s life. Pallavi gets shocked. He lies that he had some work with Sharda that’s why he had gone there.

Pallavi asks, Why do you want to insult me all the more. She reminds him that whatever he is today is because of her Dad. Suresh gets angry and raises his hand. Pallavi gets shocked. He leaves the room tearfully. Pallavi tries to eat some medicines, but Shanaya stops her. Pallavi gets the call informing Karan’s company (shagun textiles) got the order. Shanaya is annoyed. Suresh thinks of Sharda and Pallavi. He compares them and wonders Did he do anything wrong with Sharda. Sharda writes Karan, Sharda and Sakshi’s name in the diary and plans to start with Karan first. She thinks to destroy them.

Pallavi calls Latika in her cabin and accuses her for leaking the quotations to Karan’s company. Latika says that their price quotations must be lower than ours. Pallavi blames her for it and threatens to throw her out of the office. Karan hugs Sharda and informs her that he will be getting promotion. Sharda blesses him and asks him to celebrate his success and not others’ failure. Latika comes home and asks Karan if he leaked the company’s info. Karan tells he has not done anything wrong. Sharda too says the same. Latika tells them that Pallavi has blamed her for it. Karan assures her that he will be always there for her. They hug each other.

A guy comes and delivers the fabric. Sakshi tells that they will work double shift and complete the order. Shanaya smirks. Karan’s boss calls him and accuses him of doing the fraud. He tells that someone has sent a mail stating he had stolen details from his dad’s company. Karan says, he didn’t and decides to leave the job. He calls Sakshi. She asks him not to worry. Sharda gets tensed for Karan. Sakshi says, he will get another job. Shanaya comes to the factory when nobody was there and leaves the tap of the factory open. Neha and Deepti comes, but doesn’t see her. Shanaya drops her chain in the factory.

Sharda tells that she wants to make a website once they complete Meeta’s order. Karan and Sakshi get happy with her knowledge. Next day, Sharda and Sakshi reach their factory and are shocked to see the material drenched in water. They both are in tears to see everything ruined. Neha tells the ladies to save whatever they can. Sharda notices the chain next to her table and keeps it with her. Sakshi feels that someone has done this intentionally. Shanaya comes and smiles.
